This study was done to obtain my Licentiate in Spirituality from the Gregorian University. The reaction of a number of community members who read it led me to believe that it would be worthwhile to have it duplicated and made available to those interested. There is little that is new in these pages, but the material has been pulled together and presented in a perspective that is new - the search for our charism. (Fr.
