All financial information is kept only by your Bankcard Company. La Salette retains only address and subscription information. You may receive information from other U.S. La Salette ministries. Names and addresses of subscribers are shared only with other U.S. La Salette ministries.
Refund and Returns Policy:
Refunds are made anytime before the first issue of that subscription is mailed.
Shipping Policy:
We ship our printed copy of the “La Salette America” magazine by USPS within the first few weeks of each quarter (January, April, July, October). We email our digital version of the “La Salette America” magazine with the first few weeks of each quarter.
Our “Safe Place Policy”:
As La Salette Missionaries, we will provide a safe environment on this website. Therefore we promise to:
- provide all with a safe place to communicate with us
- treat everyone with dignity, patience and love
- be as helpful as possible with the needs of those who contact us
- be good, non-judgmental listeners
- follow proper procedures of confidentiality (no sharing of residence addresses or email addresses with any groups outside the U.S. La Salette Community)
- on podcast and blog with younger people:
- avoid counseling through email or phone contact
- avoid topics that are better handled by local trained counselors or clergy
